Communities-oriented services have consistently demonstrated their ability to drive both
data and voice traffic and reduce customer churn. Despite this, the true potential of communities has remained untapped as services
such as chat, instant messaging, PIM and SMS groups have been implemented as independent services with no connections to each other.
The end result has been a limited experience for the end user, minimal "cross-service" activity (like cross-selling, the extent to
which customers use the different service offerings) and an inability to achieve the full anti-churn potential of the services.
mCentric has taken everything it has learned from years of implementing communities solutions around the
